Pathwork Reimbursement Assistance Program (RAP)

The FDA-cleared Tissue of Origin Test may not yet be covered by your insurance plan. Pathwork is working with insurance companies across the country to secure coverage for the test. In the meantime, Pathwork RAP counselors can provide assistance to ensure that people who cannot afford to pay for the test will not be denied access if the test is recommended by a doctor.

The program provides counselors who work directly with patients, their families, and their insurance plans. The Pathwork counselor can help determine what assistance may be needed. The counselor can also help with prior authorizations, claims, appeals, financial assistance, and payment plans.

Financial assistance may be available, depending on the patient's income level and financial obligations such as car payments, house payments, or credit card debt. A program counselor can provide more information on how to qualify.
